SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
Some preliminary information that users should know about our content promotion packages includes the following:   The view counts obtained through our content promotion packages are not accepted by YouTube to meet monetization requirements, as the required views must be fully organic and not come from any type of paid promotion.   We remind users that YouTube’s monetization requirements include: having at least one thousand (1,000) subscribers, four thousand (4,000) valid public watch hours in the last twelve (12) months, or ten million (10,000,000) views specifically on Shorts videos.   Additionally, we do not promise to gain subscribers through our promotion packages. What the user gains is a higher level of exposure. Converting that audience into subscribers is solely the user’s responsibility and depends on the quality and engagement of their content. It’s important to remember that reaching real users does not guarantee subscribers and that bad practices, such as selling views or bot-generated subscribers, are heavily penalized by digital platforms and are increasingly easy to detect.   Also, for gamer users who purchase promotion packages, it is important to note that content that only shows gameplay or game streaming is not enough to generate monetization. To monetize, they must share educational content such as tips, tricks, or hacks.   It should be noted that for users of our social media and Google Ads promotion packages, we do not guarantee effective sales or new clients, only greater reach and access to a more relevant audience. Sales conversion depends solely on the user and the quality of their content.   For Google Ads services, customized plans will have an additional cost and are not included in the promotion package price. Likewise, the integration of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking conversions and views has an additional cost not included in the promotion package. LICENSE ROCKET, through its website, grants a license to users to use, share, view, and comment on all multimedia content available on the website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions described in this document.

RETURN POLICY
The ROCKET team determines the reasons for which a full or partial refund may be granted for payments made on Rockets (virtual products consisting of YouTube video promotion packages):

  1. REJECTED ROCKET If the promoted video does not comply with Google policies, is rejected, and does not pass our appeal process, you may apply the budget to another one of your videos that does comply. If none of your videos are approved by Google and you request a refund, you must cover all fees and commissions charged by the banks. (Remember that by creating your Rocket, you agreed to these policies).
  2. VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL You may request a refund for voluntary withdrawal only if the Rocket was rejected due to Google policy. In this case, the transaction fee and platform commission will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  3. WITHDRAWAL AFTER CAMPAIGN START Once the Rocket has been approved, no refunds will be granted as the budget has already been invested in the campaign.
  4. REQUIREMENTS The refund request must be submitted through our official WhatsApp lines, including the name and link of the video for which you purchased the Rocket and the reason for the request.
  5. TIMEFRAME The refund process may take up to fifteen (15) business days after confirmation of receipt of the request. This time may vary depending on internal and external verifications by the payment provider used at the time of purchase. If the refund generates a fee from the bank, it must be covered entirely by the user.
  6. VAT (19%) VAT applies to any of our services involving human interaction and for which payment or billing information is within Colombian territory. Payments from abroad are VAT-exempt, provided that the billing information is also foreign. By using any of the services offered by YT ROCKET or its affiliates, you agree that taxes must be deducted from the total service budget. This currently applies to custom Rockets that require specific targeting by our Marketing team. Automated Rockets are currently VAT-exempt.
